Daily Check-In Service
Apollo offers our Daily Check-In service using your existing telephone. Our live TeleCaregivers will do a quick one-on-one check-in with you every day and alert your friends or family if they can’t reach you.
If you or a loved one live alone this is a great starter service to ensure that you are okay every day.
Our TeleCaregivers are live people that can respond to emergencies or requests. They provide a quick check-in and can escalate any issues they may encounter with you.
No new technology to buy! Apollo’s Daily Check-In service uses your existing telephone that you already know how to use. We will call the phone number you give us and if needed will call your Circle of Care.
Your Circle of Care can include family, friends, caregivers, case managers, building managers, doctors, nurses, or anyone you would like.
How it works
Apollo’s live TeleCaregivers call once a day to check in. If you do not answer the call, we will try you back every 15 minutes for the next hour. If you do not answer after 4 tries our TeleCaregiver will contact your designated Circle of Care member to let them know we cannot reach you. It is up to them what happens next.
